Azary Technologies, LLC acquired by Orchid Design

SHELTON, CT, April 11, 2008 – Orchid Design, a division of Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, has acquired Azary Technologies, LLC a medical device quality and regulatory consulting firm. Azary Technologies has been serving the medical device community since 1999 and in this time, has worked with over 120 companies. Joseph Azary, the principal for Azary Technologies, will be joining Orchid Design and continue to provide the quality and regulatory services for which he is widely recognized.

This acquisition further expands the services that Orchid provides. According to Steve Maguire, General Manager of Orchid Design, “Quality and Regulatory issues are growing challenges as well as opportunities for Orchid’s customers. The addition of Azary Technologies to the Orchid team allows us to more broadly and effectively support our customers in these important areas. Additionally, this capability will further enhance our internal competencies that our customers expect from their service providers.”.
