tight tolerances or quick turn times. Experience with diverse alloy combinations, as well as a wide range of powder types, powder sizes, and
customized coating processes guarantee that we can offer solutions to the most challenging custom coating needs.
Traditional bead coatings as well as more novel applications, such as porous metal foams increase our capabilities to offer customers a wider
range of possible coating solutions.
Our core processes use sintered titanium and cobalt-chrome-molybdenum; our experience with diverse powder sizes and types and flexible
processing techniques, provides coating solutions uniquely tailored for individual customer requirements. Production schedules, also, are
updated daily in order to fulfill customer requirements, and our processes are continually refined in order to offer customers the best
possible value. Batch integrity is maintained, and cross-contamination is deterred throughout processing by the use of specific
alloy-dedicated work areas.
