Orchid Stealth Coating maintains a state-of-the art, 32,000 square foot facility containing in-house tooling, modeling and machining
capabilities; alloy-dedicated coating areas; and a thermal processing facility which provides a complete range of industry technologies.
Our machining facility includes milling and turning centers, with grinding and polishing capabilities as well. Our experience and in-house
processing enables rapid normal turn-around times as well as effective solutions for complex individual needs.
Skilled coating technicians at Orchid Stealth Coating (utilizing a range of unique Orchid-Stealth coating processes) individually
process each component according to exact customer specifications.
High vacuum furnaces form the foundation of our state-of-the-art thermal processing facility. Integrated computer technology
permits customization of thermal cycles, enabling appropriate heat-treatment processing in a variety of specific product types.
Strategic alliances with specialty heat-treatment providers provides additional customer options if needed.
The Orchid Stealth Coating manufacturing process provides outstanding capabilities to meet specific customer needs, both in product
specification and delivery time, as well as ensuring consistent delivery of strong, durable and dimensionally exact product. In addition,
our process is continually evaluated and refined to ensure that products are delivered at the least possible cost.
