Orchid Unique provides an abundance of specialized in-house processes to compress your lead-time including swiss style turning,
flute grinding, multi-axis milling, edm, laser cutting, laser marking, TiN and chrome coating, gundrilling, electropolishing,
passivation, and sterile packaging done in a ISO Class 7 clean room.
Implants - Precision-machined spinal, trauma and dental implants utilizing stainless steel and titanium. We have extensive
experience in producing fracture fixation plates and spinal screw, hook and rod systems.
Surgical Drill Bits and Reamers - Cannulated drills and reamers, dental implant cutters, step drills and reamers are produced for
orthopedic, maxillo-facial, cranial/neuro and ENT procedures.
Surgical Cutting Burs - Fluted and diamond coated burs for otology, podiatry, arthroscopy, neuro, maxillo-facial and other surgical specialties.
Surgical Blades - Extensive array of blades used in total knee procedures, arthroscopy applications involving ACL
reconstruction, podiatry and other specialties.
Surgical Instruments - Multi-component instrument assemblies and handles utilizing lightweight alloys.
